Voice Technologies hold a bi-annual NHS user conference for over 60 attendees to showcase the ways Boards and Trusts are applying the company’s technology and to talk through their day-to-day challenges. Our task was to assist with the planning and running of a successful and memorable conference.
Our first task was to create a theme and identity for the conference – ‘making life better’. Working closely with Voice Technologies conference team, we created a series of designs for displays, presentations, Q&A sessions, an awards ceremony and a prize giving to reflect the company’s key message. In short, that they develop software solutions that… well… make life better!
Our staff script ensured consistent messaging was put across by everyone at every level of the company so key messages to the audience were reinforced throughout the day.
We also ensured a photographer attended to capture the day’s events. The images were used afterwards on Voice Technologies’ website and social media channels to help continue the day’s conversations and to reflect on what was seen as a successful event.
The ideas wall directly engaged with users to understand their pain points and allowed Voice Technologies to develop further develop products to solve their problems. The conference successfully reinforced the relationship between the company and their existing client base.
